Remote learning – and remote working – are drastically different from our normal day-to-day routines. If you are finding it hard to settle into a new routine, these resources might help.
Every Mind Matters
The NHS has created a children’s mental health guide for parents and carers for use during the COVID-19 outbreak. This helpful website has tips for supporting children while they are at home and how to help them return to school, information about signs of distress, and helplines for parents.
Young Minds has put together a guide on how to create a worry box to use at home to help your young child express their emotions and concerns. This can be a productive part of your daily or weekly routine, and helps children to feel less anxious and to let go of worries.
Children’s charity Barnardos have responded to the COVID-19 pandemic by creating the See, Hear, Respond Support Hub for parents. This hub includes information about helping your child navigate the online space, help them get back to school when they are able, and much more.

90 Days Data from Vodafone
We have a number of SIM cards pre loaded with 90 days of data from Vodafone. This is an ideal solution for anyone who is waiting for their internet provider to be switched. Get in touch to collect one from the office.
Please contact the office if your child requires a laptop to use at home during lockdown or bubble closures. You will need to give us advance notice if you require one, and will have to collect from school in order to sign our agreement. Every child in school should have their own device.
We have a limited number of microphones, headphones and keyboard that can be lent to children upon request, please call the office to arrange collection.
